Rebecca McKinney
Rebecca McKinney, a DONA trained Doula with over 12 years of experience serving Nassau County and the greater Jacksonville area. My journey into birth support began with my own experiences of becoming a mother, which inspired me to help other families navigate the sometimes challenging waters of pregnancy and birth.
With a background in Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, I firmly believe that “motion is lotion.” I have witnessed firsthand how gentle movement throughout pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period enhances comfort and ease during these transformative times.
Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of guiding hundreds of mothers and families as they prepare for and achieve the birth of their dreams. My goal is to ensure that every mother feels heard, supported, and empowered. I strive to be a reliable compass for families, especially when faced with unexpected circumstances that occasionally arise during the birthing process.
In addition to my Doula services, I offer childbirth education as a certified HypnoBirthing practitioner, provide fundamental breastfeeding support as a lactation counselor, and facilitate physical preparation and recovery as a 4th Trimester Fitness® Instructor. I believe that birth is a natural, physiological event for healthy women and their babies. With the right preparation and support, I know that all women are capable of experiencing a more comfortable and fulfilling birth.
I am excited to be part of a dedicated team, as we work together to offer a comprehensive homebirth package for families in our community. It is an honor to be your trusted guide on this most special journey.
